QA happens on the task (file) level, so you cannot run QA
for all files in the project at the same time. The process of checking the QA
errors is slightly more laborious compared with the desktop version, so
take this into consideration as you are translating.
You will see the warnings of any QA errors appear with the
familiar lightning bolts next to the segment every time you confirm a segment.
You can therefore check the errors for each segment immediately after
translating it.
Alternatively, you can check all the errors after
translating the file in full. Run QA by clicking the Run QA icon at the top
of the screen. When it’s done, you will get the following screen.
Now you can filter for all the segments with suspected
issues by setting the filter to Active QA issues:
Open the errors by double-clicking the lightning bolt, check
the errors, fix any real errors and mark any false errors as ignored by ticking
the box next to the error.
Delivering a project
Your translations will be saved automatically as you
translate them. You can close the browser tab where WebTrans is open and come
back to it at any time. You can also switch between WebTrans and desktop memoQ in
the middle of a project.
When you have finished translating a document, deliver it by
clicking the Deliver icon above the Translation results pane.
You can also find the delivery option on your task list.
Click the single envelope to deliver that specific file or click the icon with
stacked envelopes to deliver all tasks under a specific project (if they are
all ready to be delivered).
